Flying Fish at Sentosa

FLYING FISH

They used to have this water sport at Sentosa but not anymore :( I tried this around 2 years back and it was really fun but recently when I went back looking forward to try it again they don't have it anymore. It's a big float where up to 2-3 people can either sit or lie on it. There will be a speed boat pulling the float and it goes really fast, so fast that the float actually flies up for a few seconds and come back down. This cycle lasted for about 30mins. I had to hold on to the handle really tight because if i didn't i would have flew off into the sea. I held on so tight that I had bruises on my wrist but I guess it was all worth it. It was quite scary at first as you wouldn't know what to expect out of it but it was a fun experience after all.
Hopefully I will be able to try it again, maybe in another country. You too, should give it a try if you ever have the chance to. Don't miss out the fun.
Ok thats all for now. BYE xoxo

Peperoni Pizzeria

Peperoni @ FRANKEL

Yet another virgin trip to Peperoni Pizzeria at Frankel Avenue for my cousin's birthday. Peperoni offers freshly handmade wood fired pizzas and traditional pastas over chilled drinks. The warm, cozy interior design of the restaurant brings comfort to the heart and soul of the diners. We settled down opposite a mini standing bar and perused through the menu. Starving as usual, we placed our orders almost immediately. Deep fried calamari fritti with a perfectly seasoned flour coating, carbonara pasta that was cooked al dente, flavoursome chicken wings and lastly their specialty, XXL(21inch) Prosciutto Crudo di Parma pizza with parma ham and rocket salad. The pizza was fantastic! We had about 7 of us and the servings was just nice. I would definitely bring my friends here to give it a try although it's abit pricey for students but it's a nice hangout place for some quiet dinner.
Thats all for now folks! BYE xoxo

Drinking Buddies

Drinking Buddies

It is an American Comedy film written and directed by Joe Swanberg.

Kate and Luke who are co-workers that work in a craft brewery, spend their days drinking and flirting. They are perfect for each other, except that they are both in a relationship with someone else. Kate is with a guy named, Chris, and Luke is with a girl named, Jill. Jill wants to know if Luke if ready to talk about marriage. The answer to that question becomes clear when Luke and Kate unexpectedly find themselves alone for a weekend.
This film is rather slow but it is quite interesting as you wouldn't know what the outcome of the movie will be. I would rate this film 7/10.

WILD HONEY

Tough Steak man Tough Steak

WILD HONEY

This was my virgin experience at Wild Honey. It has an all day breakfast style. The ambience was rather cozy and relaxing and the staffs were friendly. However, the lighting wasn't good as it was too dim and you can tell from the pictures taken. The food was also quite pricey as their main course started from $18.
I ordered EUROPEAN as my main, it has eggs benedict with two poached eggs, sautéed mushrooms, imported Italian prosciutto and homemade Hollandaise sauce on signature brioche. It was rather good and exquisite. However, my friend ordered a steak sandwich and she said the steak and bread was rather tough and hard to eat.
I would visit this place again and recommend it to my friends.
That's all for now! Bye Folks hehe xoxo

A CHANGE OF HEART

A CHANGE OF HEART

So recently my friend introduced me to a new hongkong drama, "A Change of Heart", and I got hooked onto it. To summarize the story, it's about this kind-hearted guy doctor(Yat)  who was the attending physician for this cunning, ruthless man(Power), who would do anything to make things/his business go his way. Power was suffering from some heart complications and needed a heart transplant and Yuet ended up meeting an accident which resulted in him being Power's heart organ donor. The story continues with how after Power got his heart transplant surgery, he began to have a change of heart, turning to a more considerate, society contributing and upright person. (With the drama of the other lead characters) Although I'm not done with the show, I reflected about how some people(especially the rich) crave so much for power, riches and fame. Indeed money makes the world go round but instead of splurging on food, clothes, fancy cars and gambling, have they actually thought about those who are less fortunate? I'm not saying that pampering ourselves is wrong but how much are we giving back to the society? Signing off now xoxo HEHE

KLLLLL HERE I COME Day 4

Day 4:

Last day of KL :( We ate NaniNandos Chicken, it wasn't as good as authentic malaysian food definitely. Then we bought Krispy Kreme Donuts back since Singapore's outlet is not open yet and that marks the end of our trip.

KLLLLL HERE I COME Day 3

Day 3:

My bro and I cabbed down to Sunway Lagoon to meet our cousins, and cabbing in Malaysia was a totally experience in Singapore as you cannot just sit back relax. In Malaysia, you have to alert as our cousins warned us and told us stories where even cab drivers would attempt to rob you. We were rather afraid as it was our first time and we kept cool. Thankfully, it was short trip and we were safeeeeee ^_^ at Plan b, and their food was AMAZING?!?!?!! especially their crab pasta :P and we shopped again.. boring. Since there was nothing much to shop, we went to the supermarket to shop. Dinner at this local coffee-shop and their food WAS THE BOMBBBBB *POW* This banana milkshake thingy was damn yummy?! With surprises inside like cubes of watermelon, lychee and honey dew. YUMZZZZ SLURP SLURP. Oh we tried crepe cake as well, a different type of texture compared to normal cake, like you can taste each layer.
